I am planning to go down to south France in July the plan would be to and watch a stage of the tour in the mountains Pyaranee's and then visit a friend in the area of Auch.
I would drive down and take bike and camping gear however I was thinking of flying to Pau with ryanair has anyone flown with a touring bike and 2 panniers whats involved etc is the bike safe from damage !!
