I'm pretty sure there's a downhill track up there. Is there? does anyone know wehre it is or hot to get to it?

Are you talking about Buster Hill near Queen Elizabeth Country Park in Hampshire? If so, then there is a bridleway that runs down Buster Hill towards the A3. Also, there are some downhill runs in QE Park and a bit further north of Petersfield is Rogate.

Butser Hill is part of teh South Downs Way..

BAd news is that there is a gate half way down.Unless you have a helpful rambler to open this for you, stopping halfway down is the only option

yes it is that butser hill!! where does the 'run' start. are the dh runs in QE country park listed in the visitor centre?

The bridleway off Buster is here. The ones is QE park are 'unoffical', so won't be listed on an maps.

i noticed last time i was there that theres what appears to be a dh run just by the gravel hill car park. is this one? how can i find them if theyre unofficial? other than spending forever looking?

hmm, sut looked as an html thing. me and my dad habve ridden that. except we got lost halfway round and ende up riding something else, so maybe we missed something. we're going back to ride it again soon on my XC bike so we shall see.

Might be worth posting over on MTB South forum as I know there are guys on there who know QEP inside out (I don't!). If you after downhill stuff then it might also be worth looking on Southern Downhill.
