route advise - Edinurgh to Dunfermline via forth bridge

Hello all,

I need to cycle from Edinburgh to Dunfermline via the forth road bridge. I have never been on the bridge and was told that cycling on the A90 is prohibited. What is the fastest way to the bridge?

    I'm pretty sure you can get to it by cyclepath... Certainly the approach road has them! And there is a cycle bit on the bridge itself...

    hiya

    i live in dalgety bay and make the commute over the bridge regularly (started last year).

    PM me and i will send some details. There are a number of good routes and in fact i have just tred a new one out this morning which worked well.
