Swinley Forest - Alternate parking?

I was wondering where people park other than the Lookout as already this year the carpark has been heaving at weekends and unless I'm out really early I suspect I could be hard pushed to find a spot.

    Get the train to Martins Heron. That's what I'm doing tomorrow!

    I could do but that turns what is a 25 min drive into a 90 min train ride.
