Just popped into the one round the corner from me and picked up a handy little cyclists toolkit for £20 and some sunglasses for £6.99 with 3 different lenses, don't think they're the highest quality items in the world but the tools will definitely come in handy for the sort of level I'll be working at.

i gotthe toolkit this morning. Looks ok to me TBH and will definatly pay for itself.

The true test will be servicing my hubs with it very soon i suppose :p
    Giant TCR advanced 2 (Summer/race)
    Merlin single malt fixie (Commuter/winter/training)
    Trek superfly 7 (Summer XC)
Giant Yukon singlespeed conversion (winter MTB/Ice/snow)

  • I bought the £14 MTB shoes two weeks ago, SPD compatible, good stiff sole, very comfortable. slightly odd colourscheme.. It will be interesting to see how long they last
  • I just bought the glasses, for 6.99 you can't go far wrong.

Other stuff seemed ok especially if you are a biker on a budget

I tried the glasses out tonight, and to be honest for that price I'm well impressed, thinking of going back tomorrow for a "spare" pair :D.
Noticed that they had some base layers in too, but didn't really have time to look at them in depth, so will check them too!

I'm of the same opinion, spare pair is on my shopping list for tonight, shame they didn't have any clear lenses though but you can't expect everything for 6.99
