Bike Eye.... any good?
There are times when I don't actually like taking my eyes off where I'm going, but have to, to see what the large sound is coming up behind me.
Is Bike-Eye the answer?

I've seen a few reviews and it seems to be ok.
Has anyone here used one?
Any comment? (apart from the "can't you get any sleep?" comment
Phil.

Yes...
Brilliant device - a quick glance allows you to see what is behind you without too much movement. The images are fairly accurate as to coverage.
No.....
The use is compromised if you use panniers, as they are within the field of view. Equally you have to stop pedaling and move your leg out to see fully. Finally the view is very dependent on angle, variable by head movement, but really the view is limited to directly behind. The "blind psot" over the shoulder still exists due to your leg.
All in all I have one, use it as an aid because it doesn't replace the inal glance before a maneouvre (as with any mirror) .
I would not be without it but do bear in mind the limitations. He that buys land buys many stones.
He that buys flesh buys many bones.
He that buys eggs buys many shells,
But he that buys good beer buys nothing else.

These look very good.
Would come in handy when going around Hyde Park Corner. YOU really need to keep both eyes in front of you here.0
