fsa k force chainset

Hi
This is my first post,and I guess it wont be the last one.
Anyway,my question is
Does any one know how to get the left crank arm of the chainset on a fsa k force chainset??????????????
In the instructions it states you just remove the m18 bolt and that is it the crank arm comes off,well it does not. I have emailed fsa and had no answer,I have emailed the company that I bought it from,again no answer.I have checked on fsa website,no tools are listed.
This seems a straight foward job,so am I missing somthing????????????????
Please help as I can not get a answer any were.
