how much should it cost to replace a chainset at my LBS?

I have decided to change the chainset and bottom bracket on my MTB and want to take it to my LBS for them to do it. I have bought the RaceFace Atlas chainset and bottom bracket. However this uses an external bb whereas my bike currently uses an internal bb.
What is the work involved and roughly how much should it cost me?

You'll need to get your bottom bracket shell faced to ensure a flush fit of the external cups other than that it's a pretty straightforward switch probably looking around £25.0

thanks for the reply, so far I have got one quote which was £35, might be able to beat them down on price a bit... or look elsewhere.
Other opinions welcome0 -
Wouldn't have thought it should take more than 15 to 20 mins. My LBS faced my bottom bracket free in a couple of mins and it didn't take much longer to fit the crankset myself. Only issue is if they struggle getting the existing bottom bracket out. It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.
I've bought a new bike....ouch - result
Can I buy a new bike?...No - no result0 -
£35 sounds a bit high - expect to pay between £20-25 - it's not a long job.
you can fit a new BB/chainset in about 10 mins if the frame is already faced, if not a little longer.......0 -
Facing and fitting is £25 fixed price at my LBS.0

Prob would be cheaper if bought chainset from shop.0

Thanks for the replies, I took it into another local shop and they are going to 'face and chase' then fit the bottom bracket and chainset for £20 which seems pretty reasonable.
Supersonic: fair point but in this case I bought the chainset/bb for £117 new off ebay which is quite a bit cheaper than elsewhere.
Thanks for your help!0
