Rear disc mounting on frame with no mounts!

Hi there!
I'm going through a running upgrade on my old bike and am looking at discs. I've already got a front (Avid Juicy 7) and just scouting around for a rear for not too much money!
Problem is, my bike doesn't have a rear disc mount. Its an old Giant Rincon, maybe '03 but not sure.
I'm certain I can make a mount for a disc as there are two small threaded holes on the rear dropout. I think with those and the skewer it would be a pretty solid tripod mounting.
What I'm asking, though, is if anyone knows of a place I could look to see if someone sells a disc mount. I can make one but it would take awhile!
I'll keep looking on t'internet and pop down the lbs next time I get a chance, but thought I would seek a little of the vast knowledge on here!
Just for the record, a pic of the rear dropout.

One fine day in the middle of the night, two dead men got up to fight. Back to back they faced each other, drew their swords and shot each other.

Thanks for that guys! Have got one off ebay, should b on its way soon Found a few mixed reviews but I reckon its worth a shot. Even if it needs modifying It's better to have that to start from than to go from scratch!
Have you had any problems with yours Andy, Timmo? Anything I should watch out for?
Thanks again Pete.

no issues at all with the one i had! been on the bike since '04 up until i got the new frame in november! only down side to it was that to take the wheel out i had to remove the squewer (although thinking about it, if i put it in the other way around i would only have to remove the end and pull it through a little!),
for what it does its a great bit of kit! hever had any issues at all with it! lined up fine, bolted up as instructions and that was it! nigh on 4 years with no trouble!Timmo.
