Tightening Truvativ stylo cranks

I have a 2006 Specialized Enduro and lately the cranks have started to creak a bit, now I knew how to tighten up the cranks on my previous bikes (just tightening up the bolts on both sides) but these ones only have bolts on one side. T'other side is just open.
Is it just a case of tightening the large bolt on one (non drive) side, or do i have to do something with a huge allen key that would fit the massive allen key fitting that sits around the normal one on the non drive side?
I hope that made sense!

Take it these are the external bearing ones.
Best bet is to go to Park Tools and look at their excellent article on cranks of this type, and follow the step by step instructions.0 -
