One of my bikes was origginally a carrera with 105 but the magnesium frame corroded around the bottom bracket and the frame was exchanged for a merida carbon frame as they took over Carera apparently.0 -
Well it's the 2002 version. Must have been stored in a box for a few years. Its in brand new condition.
I was almost going to buy it but I am having doubts now that you mention the bottom bracket thing.0 -

Does anyone remember those Kirk magnesium bikes with H-section frames from the eighties? I really wanted one as at the time but I guess I was about 12 years old and just thought they looked cool.0
