2005 Cape Wrath stolen in Bedminster Bristol

My 16" 2005 Cape Wrath was stolen from the bike stands outside of the Bedminster Family Practice GP surgery on Regent road by Asda between around 16:50 and 17:30 on 02/04/08. IIt looks just like this one http://www.thecycleshop.uk.com/claud_bu ... ewrath.jpg has a ladies gell saddle fitted rather than the narrow mens saddle.
Annoyingly a old bike was left in its place not chained up. While I was on the phone to the police a bloke turned up to take this bike and said he'd chased someone who'd stolen mine. He then refused to give his details as a witness and rode off so I recon he'd actually taken it. He has a can of something like special brew in one hand.
Annoyingly I'd forgotten my decent lock today and had used a lightweight lock that I keep in my pocket for work (its in a locked shed at work).
What's doubly annoying is I'm recovering from a broken leg and cycling is (was) helping as its something I've been able to do despite having an external fixator on the leg and not being able to walk far.
