Simple! A few of us are planning a trip up to the Lakes in the summer, can anyone recommend a good campsite near Keswick (looking to go there for a shandy or two in the evening)?

Spoke to Castle Rigg Farm Campsite a few weeks ago, and they have some 'secure' storage, but can't remember what that actually meant. Its a fair bit away from Keswick centre, but what beats a 20 minute walk to calm down the post shandy session!0

I'm a regular at keswick, some great trails, there is a tiny village called braithwaite, RIGHT OUTSIDE of keswick, if you google braithwaite campsite it should bring something up. If i get half a chance i can stick it on google maps for you.spammer0 -
