Do Continental Ultra Gator Duraskin Tyre come up thin or....

I'm looking to buy a pair of Continental Ultra Gator Duraskin Tyres for my Spesh Allez.

It claims it only has clearance for 23ml tyres but it looks like it might take 25's.

Does anyone know if these Continental Ultra Gator Duraskin Tyres come up thinner or thicker than normal?

The bike has Specialized Mondo Comp, 700x23C, aramid bead, 60TP at the moment.

Just measured one of my 23C gators with a pair digital calipers. It came out at 22.64mm.

I'm only running 80psi at the moment though. At full pressure I'd imagine they were bang on 23mm
