Value for money frame

Looking to get a frame to build up a road bike for my daughter with some bits and pieces I have around the place.
Are there any recommendations on suitable frames - perhaps a no-name or shop own brand might do the trick as well as Kinesis and so on.
Ideas welcomed !

Ribble winter frame?
£116 with carbon fork (need to buy headset aswell though). I've just bought one for my next project.
