Clicking noise from drive side crank area

I took my summer bike for the first time this year and I'd forgotten about the annoying click which comes from the drive side when I exert any sort of force, it's OK when just spinning, but clicks at about 1 o'clock when pushing down.

It can't be pedal / shoe related as I used the same combo on my winter bike. I've taken the BB out and cranks off, regreased, torqued up etc but no relief. Could the BB be knackered ? It's only 12 months old, Campag chorus

    Sounds very much like chainring bolts coming loose, or rather 'not being tight as hell'!
