Focus Superbud: rear Magura brakes - what's wrong with it?

Hi guys!
First of all my Focus Superbud arrived today - damn, what a machine!
Secondly, the rear brake is very weak! What's wrong with t? Does it need bleeding/topping up or what?
Superbud owners' experience with this?
