edinburgh bike co-op maintenance courses

Anyone done one of their maintenance courses? Are they good courses?

I've booked on the intensive course at the end of April as I'm pretty clueless at fixing anything but a puncture!!

Attended one of their evening courses in Edinburgh a few years back. It covered a fair amount of ground and was well presented. They provided a full set of notes, but I think they have 'upgraded' to a DVD these days.
