I was looking for a good Microsoft Excel-based cycling log and just couldn't find one - so I wrote one. It took about 6 months of refining and I put it up on my site as free of charge to download. Try it out and let me know what you think and please send me some ideas.

    Hi Guy,

    Great programme but just a quick question when I put Indoor sessions it throws my MPH average out????? Am I doing anything wrong?

    I fixed that problem but only on the premium version. I don't plan on fixing it on the free version this year.
