New Rear Shock (Bushes) Advice.

Hi,
I'm thinking of changing my rear shock and would like to know whether I can still use the old bushes or need new ones, as I have the old 03 Rock Shox Sid 165X38 - (6.5''X1.5'') and if I bought the newer Rock Shox or Fox range, would I be able to use the previous ones, and if not were can I buy them from, as most shops only supply the shocks without the hardware (Bushes).
