Riding in the Czech Republic

Guys and gals im off on holiday to the czech republic and to be more specific the NE (giant mountains). Does anyone have any contacts out that way or know of any single track that i can try my hand at??? Im a dab hand with a map so having to navigate does not scare me if i need to.

Just thought ide ask in case anyone might have some info???
