Delivery times

Whats the longest anyone has had to wait for a bike? I ordred a cube in November 07 the bike turned up in Feb minus bits for the forks and hoses so as yet still havent taken delivery! Should complain but past the point of caring! And it seems im not the only one so heed warning if you buy one! Best thing is I was told 6 - 10 days on order or did I mishear and it was months!!!! :cry:

    For the price of bikes these days I would expect a first class service in the first instance. If that happened to me, I'd have cancelled the order and gone elsewhere.

    I've never had to wait more than 3 working days, but probably cos I only deal with LeisureLakes

    ....and buy Specialized judging by your sig which are always in good supply.

    Nov 07 til now is taking the p!ss though!

    Its not the dealer its Cube have emailed myself but without feedback, wanted a dirt bike thought id try something different, got santa cruz heckler and v10 from stiff in leeds but just thought id wander off the radar for a change! we learn by our mistakes!!!

    Its in instances like this you find out exactly how important the customer is to the manufacturer. If they had anything about them they would be bending over backwards to sort it for you.

    Like pippen33 says, I would have cancelled it too!
