Having just removed my old BB and finding the drive side bearings siezed i'm going to be fitting a new one soon my question is where to grease, obviously the BB shell on the frame but what about the axel between the 2 crank arms and the splined end of the axel that the non drive side crank arm fits onto ( its shimano). Cheers.

the threads really need some anti seize compound rather than grease.

but grease is better than nothing.
