Hi Guys,

i'm an asthmatic, not a bad one by any means but still, and was wondering whether or not to shell out some of my hard earned penny's on a powerbreathe, dunno what one to go for, i'd like it to help improve my breathing during exercise and generally make me use the inhaler less as i am of the opinion that if i use the inhaler the body almost craves it like an addiction. This maybe untrue but i definately have that type of mindset.

Is it just me, or do you keep asking the same questions?

PS I know someone who is doing a PhD on the topic of "Do powerbreathes help asthmatics?" - if you are interested, PM me and I'll drop you his email address if you want to get in touch with him to ask his opinion

I was rather under the impression that a PowerBreathe had been invented for asthmatics
    - (NB whether it works or not is a different question !)
and then some bright-spark marketeer realised they could flog them to sportspeople as a breathing trainer...
