blood pressure

following on from the heart rate, do people ever check their blood pressure. It seems that lots of you have quite low heart rates - what about your BP ? 120 over 80 is often reckoned to be the best.

    Don't say thing like that to my wife (she's a doctor) there's no such thing as a 'best' blood pressure just a range between which it is considered normal and healthy.

    But to answer your question mine is usually 100-110/60 (resting HR 46)

    139 over 80 for me (36yrs old, resting hr 58) - according to the rather fetching nurse who took my blood pressure it was "spot on" 8) (but then she did say that I could do with losing a bit of weight to bring my BMI into line with the chart :oops: )

    What do I ride? Now that's an Enigma!
