Looks old and past its best - and corrosion on the stanchions will interefere with function.0

bike is gt agressor 3, frame apart from forks is in good nick, and just rebuilding the whole lot

parts to add are:
shimano deore crankset and bb
xt rear and front derailler
xt shifters
mavic rims with deore hub wheels
havent got a great deal of cash available. would prefer the lowest i can as spent a fair bit on other parts (well for me anyway) second hand ones would not bother me, or would going to non suspension reduce the cost and make more sense as i rarely go off road0 -
Have a look on CRC for RS Toras - from 80 quid, superb fork, if weighty.0

I'd go rigid, and if you aren't going offroad much then go single-speed. Much cheaper.
Get 717 on xt hubs with aci DB spokes from merlin, single speed cassette kit, tensioner and connex stainless chain. Buy new xt cranks sell outer and inner ring, don't forget narrow chainring bolts.0 -
like the idea of my gears though, do want the option to change things as and when i wish, also bought a lot of parts already and want to keep it like a mountain bike if i do change my mind. not exactly flat where i am lol, and dont think it will be cheaper as i say already bought a fair bit
when i said parts to add, i should have put parts i have already to put on bike, some bought as presents so not going to sell them
might go rigid forks though, less maintenance0 -

the only rigids worth considering for 100mm frames (like yours) are identii rebates.0
