rockshox revelation 426 dual air ?

hi i just reset up my forks rockshox revelation 426 dual air
i let all the air out and start again pump some air in
went to let some air back out from the negtive valve but some oil came out of the pump
then went to lat abit air out of + valve at the top oil came out of there too not much.
but would there be anything wrong with them like aseal gone ?
