Help Securing My Bike

I have recently moved into a shared accommodation and will be leaving my bike locked up in a shared passageway and there is nowhere I can lock my bike to, I was thinking about getting a ground anchor and attaching it to a wall so that I can then secure my bike to that, can anyone recommend this solution or another way so that I can rest easy that my bike is going nowhere.

Yeah the landlord is ok with me making wholes in the wall for the anchor (i think), as for keeping it in my room, no space.

or one of the hoist things to hang from the ceiling and hoist it up (think edinburgh cycles do them) like yer nan used to have for her washing
