Would they not have given her a few nasty nips or is it just if you're looking a bit weak that they set upon you? Nasty blighters either way.

    I thought that if your looking a bit motionless what happens is that one of them swims over for an exploratory nibble . If you thrash about and try and hit it they swim off, but if not they all pile in for a feed.
