Does anyone know of any decent road bike shops in Berlin?

Am going this weekend and wouldn't mind picking up some local club tops and stuff?

Try Koepenzeile, don't know if it will stock what you're looking for, but it's reliable and worked well for friends.

Depends what you want. I am very keen on Radkunst and it has the advantage of being fairly central in West Berlin and the owner speaks good English. http://www.radkunst.com/

There is also a German language directory website for all bike shops in Berlin
http://www.berliner-fahrradlaeden.de/ I recommend that you take the sortiert nach PLZ button from the homepage, put in the 5 figure post code (PLZ) for your hotel and go from there - not sure what your German is like.

If you are into fixies these people are quite good and they have a cafe in their shop.
http://www.keirinberlin.de/ They also have the advantage of being near the Oberbaumbrücke which is on the border between Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg - areas which have lots of bars and cafes.

There is a Canadian chap in Prenzlauer Berg who is heavily into retro road bikes (mostly Italian) but ring beforehand as opening hours are a touch erratic. http://www.cicli-berlinetta.de/

Rennrad is the German for road bike btw

I was trying to check google for bike shops - but couldn't find the exact word for Rennrad!

    Vielen Danke!
