Scott Scale 20 Vs Focus Raven Pro

Hi All,
I was looking at 2 hardtails the scale 20 and the raven pro but not sure what to do as the raven pro has better components on it but is not as well known with no main dealer near me. where as with the scott i have a dealer within 5 miles of me.

You should be able to arrange a test ride of the Scale, but the Raven would be harder being from Wiggle. I seem to remember a scheme where Wiggle would let you get a test for a small consideration.

The Scale CR '1 frame is stunning but I have no experience of the Focus and almost bought one but ended up with my Scale 10 . Only chose in the end because lots of positive Scott reviews but could find nothing on the Focus.

Scott scale all the way... but then again I'm well biased.

You'll have an awesome frame with 5 years warranty (if serviced yearly). As far a climbing's concerned the frame is something else, you'll also have a top notch fork up front.
I haven't ridden a focus so I don't know too much about them, they seem great value but they would have to be something real special to beat a scott!
