Hi do you remember the thread regarding my badly shot
Derellar and the broken rear mech to go with it.

Well i was not happy after paying £ 135.00p to replace what i regard as
not broken by me!.

I drove from London to Orange Head office with the bike.

They were fantastic they listened to my concerns put everything right
there and then and told me to go back to the shop and be refunded for
what i had paid out.

The bike to Orange was totally incorrect and not road tested
as written on my paper work.

I then drove to Leisure Lakes in Bury and they then given me
£ 150.00p in return

So next time you have a problem take it to there front door.

Orange even given me a tour of there set up
very intresting one can say.

Do the above and take no prisoners.

Pcsplace wrbouts you buying it from ???

You think with that sort of money you 'll be buying
    piece of mind

It really depends on the person who sets it up.

Check the derellar mine was bent also make sure your
disc brakes run central my front one was running on one face
    of the brake caliper.
Also when Orange checked this they told me that one of
the bolts in the caliper was broken ???

Also i had play in the headset. just hold the front brake gently
but not tight and rock back and fourth
If loose you will hear a knocking noise.

When i checked the bike stores check list and i knew
this was not right i put the bike in the back of the car
    and went to Orange

They where great really relaxed but very shocked that
i turned up on there door step

But i would do it again has after i went back to the bike shop
and told them where i had been and told them who i had seen
Lol it was only the shops old mechanic

They paid me back every penny and a little more
But prefered just to have the bike ok in the first place

with regards to loose headsets, grasp the stem and crown and feel for play there, using the front break you can often feel the pads moving in the calliper or loose rotor bolts/caliper bolts etc.

pcsplace No you should be fine but has soon as you find something wrong
    let them know.

My advice would be to over the bike together just to see what they
    have done.

But if your not happy mail me or put a shout out and ill give you the number
and extension for the warranty person in Orange.

Thats right ride_whenever but one of the bolts i the front
caliper was broken but Orange went over the bike has well to
    make sure all was ok.

No probs GT Destroyer It was a long drive nearly 4 hours but at least worth
it Now seams to be all fine now.
