shake it. spray something into stick them in place. Ignorit and they will soon stick in place.

Just had one thought, how about spraying glue in the respective tubes?

Also do On-One galvanise their tubing to protect it from rust? If not is there anything i can spray inside to protect the inner surface, in case water gets in there somehow?

waxoyl, or a cycle specific anti rust treatment, or just spray some WD40 down the tubes every so often.

Thanks Nick. I think i'll try spraying some glue in and see if that works.
