What size band on front mech does a 2006 Cannondale six13 need?

I've just purchased the frame and would like to acquire all the bits before it arrives.

    Looking at the pics I've found, Braze-on!! with an adapter of around 31.8mm
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
