halo twin rail

seen an advert for the above tyres in mbuk, i do a lot of road riding to get to my off road paths etc. at mo' am rollin on maxxis ignitors that come with my ride but altough they seem great off road i think they are a little slow on road. would these halos be a good alternative or would i be sacrificing a lot of off road traction? :?
