Speedplay shimano shoe compatability
Having decided on the Shimano SH-R300 shoes to replace my old Specialized Sport I was wondering about their compatability with Speedplay Zero's and X pedals. Reading Speedplays website it mentions using the Carbon Sole Wear Protector with Carbon soled shoes and that only the Zero's are compatible. However reading further I think this only applies to 04 models and earlier. Can anyone confirm if Shimano SH-R300 shoes are Speedplay compatible without the Carbon Sole Wear Protector ?
