I have jsut cleaned my bike all pristine, and noticed that my chain is rusty, and managed to break the split pin, so time for a new one.
I have a Scott CR1 and shimano 105 groupset. Want to get quite a good one, as I do 100miles a week.
Cheers for any help.

    KMC X10L Silver

Easy to fit, replace, remove etc - comes with a pair of missing links. I'm currently using an 8-speed KMC chain with the missing links - and it is a doddle to attach remove etc - the system seems reliable enough in use aswell - well worth considering.

I'm another SRAM fan. I've broken a couple of Shimano chains in the past and wouldn't go back to using them willingly. Spend more than £10-£15 on any of the Shimano compatible chains (KMC, Connex, SRAM) and you'll have yourself a decent chain.

I agree, but why get silver, when you can get gold?

Agreed - just spotted the price - £2 extra - looks like a good buy.

Did you try looking at how much the postage would be on that when you suggested it was a bargain (even if you ignore the fact that VAT on the Jenson price will bring it up to almost the same as the Zepnat price)?
