Hi looking for a bike that can convert to single speed or fixed.

Have no idea about MTB I am traditional on a steel framed road bike.

I am 6ft tall I normally ride a 23.5" road frame.

I would think that a 19" Kona lava dome with horizontal dropouts from ages ago would be a good fit?

Any help much appreciated Gary

but it is SO true. what is the top tube length? what stem length do you plan on running....... what type of riding position do you want? flat bars, risers......
what you plan on using it for?

frame size is mainly a selling thing.

Sorry didn't mean to sound ungrateful.

I really meant it was helpful.

You nailed it in your last post. I had a lot to go away and work out what I actually wanted to do.

The type of riding would be off road but not down mountains and mainly on tracks and paths. Wouldn't think that I would need suspension. Just something rugged and ready for some fun!
