How to split a sunrace chain.

Local bike shop fitted a sunrace chain to my bike.
Now I want to take it off to give it a good clean.
Im not sure how to split it, does anyone know if any special method should be used or is it just simply a chain tool job and reusing the chain pin?
It looks like a traditional chain no hollow links etc.

A standard chain tool will be fine if you want to waste time removing it to clean it. Remember that splitting and rejoining chains will weaken them. For the professional method of chain cleaning, see here -
