Hey ho, do the canti bosses on the reba sl 100mm fork unscrew so they can be capped so they look less bizarre on a disk only bike? I ask as i want to buy some, but the canti / disk version is much cheaper than the disk only one. Thanx for the help

You need an 8mm spanner on the flats on the bosses if they have any flats.

they're a right bugger to get out as mine had loctite in them, contrasting blanker bolts work best i reckon, or keep that machine gun look hehe

cool, any pics of some capped fellaz out there? My second question is does anyone know if merlin bikes are a reliable delivery company through the internet when it comes to delivering abroad, eg: france?

Nice, see what you mean about the guns, still, nice set of forks by all accounts

yeah they're a bit useless if you're never ever going to have rim brakes but they serve a useful purpose of stopping zip ties slipping not to mention the huge price difference for basically exactly the same fork.

Got some blanking bolts for the Fatty forks on my GT but they don't screw in :x :x . Got the standard 8mm bolts and had the same prob with 8mm bolts. I think the problem has got to be down to the thread pitch, what pitch do C'Dale use for such threads? Want to get some from other than C'Dale as I suspect genuine blankers will cost the earth.

plus, you can fit a front pannier rack to them and set out on a dawes galaxy style world adventure. . . Did I just say that out loud? !
