I wonder how Mick Rogers managed to remain strong and Just Say No.

So it takes 10 months to say that riders at Telekom were "probably doping". I'm waiting for the next report that says the team "might have ridden bikes" and the follow up that states "it is possible that some riders spoke German".

Well, I think the "probably" is for legal reasons more than anything else. It is a very good report actually and identifies two more doctors, i.e. the whole system was more wide spread that it maybe seems.

Interestingly, there are a few fictious persons on the good doctors' files, such as a "Maier, Ulrich, born on 02.12.1937. "Maier" is a very common name which exists in many different spellings. A certain Jan Ulrich is born on 02.12.1973, make of that what you will. There is also a "Mayer, Alexander, born on 02.07.1943. Not sure what Vino's date of birth is...

The report also describes how on 9 March 2000 a parcel containing prescription drugs went marked "urgent / over night" from the University to Andreas Klöden's girl friend (now wife). This was during Paris-Nice which he won on 12 March. The cost of freight were paid by the University from an account named "doping-free sport" :D

Apparently there are invoices for several such deliveries to Klöden and Jaksche. Jaksche's comment: "I have never paid for any legal drugs in Freiburg." Guess these were illegal then...

Just checked Vino's date of birth, 16 Sept 73, doesn't really tally with the ficticious one above...
