Kool Stop Bead Jack

I have real trouble getting some of my tyres on, even to the stage where I'm using tyre levers and just praying that the tube doesn't pinch but I saw the Kool Stop Bead Jack and I'm thinking about getting one.
The only problem is I can only find it for sale in the USA and postage is nearly £20, nearly 4 time the price of the tool and I was wondering if anybody knew of somewhere that sold them over here, or in the USA with cheaper postage.
Cheers

What's wrong with Crank Bros Speed Lever?I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0

The Crank Bros lever is clever, but it's a different thing - it's not pivoted and won't get a really tight tyre on a rim.
The Kool Stop Tire Bead Jack seems to be available only in the USA. I think I may have found an alternative though, after searching around a bit: the Simson Tyre Mate - anyone heard of it or used one?

Or is the VAR tyre lever a better option:

This might be a stupid question, but you are getting the bead of the tyre to sit in the "well" in the centre of the rim, right?
If it rides up at any point, it will make it very hard to fit.0 -

Yep. Been trying for ages now - made sure of the position of the bead early on. Tried soap solution; even tried the trick of leaving the tyre in the airing cupboard to warm up first (the wife didn't like that one).
It's a Nobby Nic 2.1" UST - never used them before, but sh!t they're tight
I'm guessing my DT Swiss rim may be slightly oversize...?http://www.youtube.com/user/stumpy25lbs
