Is there anywhere decent in the north west to do freeride/ downhill.
I live in manchester and i have a norco A-LINE so im stuck

Rivington, and gisburn have DH tracks..also a place in Wiswell woods near clitheroe with a downhill track ..put wiswell woods in youtube.com and you'll get a look at the stuff there.

rivington has some down hill depends how good you are though as you may find it lame. there are a few downhill runs ( by this i mean runs that are down hill) nothing like scotland ect. i do see a few people up there on dh bikes though...

delamere forest is ment to be ok i never been so cant give an accurate account of whats there just what i have been told...

what about the trail centres in north wales there must be something there aimed at freeride/downhillers....
