Its a real thing that exists. who knows the answer without using google? i don't suppose i can catch you if you do use search engines but remember- JESUS IS WATCHING!!
you know the sad thing is, i know people who will tell you the truth, no matter what if you shout that at them after you ask a question.

i take it you're a medical type? the wife is a nurse which is a good match for me being a soldier, only problem is when i'm ill. you get feck all sympathy from a nurse!!!0
-
I'm just a hypo hehe. The list of things not wrong with me is smaller ;-)0
-
Yep - qualified as a nurse but didn't enjoy it. Retrained as a physio - get to actually spend time with patients before writing notes in legal documents these days!0
-
do you mean you werent allowed to inflict as much pain as a nurse? physios should be employed as torturists (if thats even a word)0
-
I always get the trainee nurse when in hospital. 'Do you mind if Gladys inserts this canula and takes some blood?' Cue all veins disappearing...0

We don't get called "physioterrorists" for nothing, you know!0

Not to be confused with a sphagnumanometer, which is used for measuring moss.I'm only concerned with looking concerned0
-
Black Ice?!!0

Good answer!
I was thinking similar lines: frozen atmospheric moisture/chrystalline form = snow
Hadn't twigged about the shaded surfaces tho...0 -
Gotta admit, I am a walking encyclopaedia of bollocks too! Goes hand in hand with learning about bike parts lol0

snow is a good answer (the chrystalline bit) and so is black ice (the shady surfaces bit) but there is something that you don't see very often thats a mixture of the two....I took falling off bikes...and turned it into an art!0 -

I used to climb Scottish Winter - rime is a big feature. Saw some beautiful rime build ups on trees in Glen Shiel during the winter of 95/96. Amazing stuff.I'm only concerned with looking concerned0
