upgrading scott mc40

i have a scott genius mc 40 and i want to uprade components what should i start with , i have been told to start with the wheels is this right and then what ?any suggestions would be great........Dazzax :twisted: :!:

Whats wrong with the components you have? And what parts are they? Its usually best to upgrade when they have worn out. Does the bike feel heavy, poor suspension? Need a bit moe info really.
