Somebody should take then out and shoot them. Turning up at a crematorium where a newly bereaved father (Kevin van Impe) was arranging the funeral of his son, and insisting on a sample there and then or face a suspension, with no possibility of a rearranged test, is the height of stupidity and insensitivity. Are these dolts saying that no matter what is going on, dope testing takes precedence over all other human activities? Would they have dragged the poor man out of the actual funeral if that had been taking place when they turned up? For humanity's sake, there must be room in the rules to account for situations auch as this. No wonder the riders at Paris Nice were protesting.
