Bike maintenance courses

Hi - does anybody know of any good bike maintenance courses? I'm based in the East Midlands. I struggle when reading books and comparing to what I see before me and would like at least to be able to do basics. Thanks

    Just be aware that an MTB specific course won't cover eg road bike style brakes!

    They are generic links, equally applicable to road bikes, hence the pointer.

    To save you the trouble of searching simply take a look here - www.bike-inn.co.uk. I can personally recommend them, as I did the wheel building course about 10 years ago and I'm still happily building. :D

    For the above link, you need to remove the ./ at the end, or you get a host error,
