Rear Sprocket

I'm a bit of novice to biking and have neglected my bike for a few years. decided to get it out the other day but have a major problem with the rear sprocket. When I try to back pedal the chain keeps coming off. I've looked at the sprocket and it looks like the wheel is running true but the sprocket is wonky ie not running ture but more wobbling. does anyone know how to fix this. :(

    they do wabble a bit and yes the chain can fall of when back pedaling as they are not designed to be back pedaled.

    But if you have not looked after it for a few years a goo service may also be needed.
