Smoothie/Juices suggestions

I tried spinach and apple today (about three to one ratio respectivly and about a third again toped up with water).

tasted great and very refreshing. spinach always semms to keep cool in wahtever weather and really pumps focus into your mussles and mind. apple has a sweet edge that keeps you drinking more and has an immediateish burst.

very good trail suggestion i think.

Am looking forward to trying more juices recipies - good way of using left over fruit in fridge I've found out.

Any suggestions??

    And they really taste nice???!

I had a juicer years ago and whilst I knew that it was all terribly good for me I just couldn't get over the fact that everything I juiced tasted absolutely disgusting :?

Surely spinach just tastes all horrid and - spinachy?

Spinach does seem a bit odd - can imagine bits in your teeth for days on end!

Worth checking for recipes - some work fine, some don't.

Great way to use up ageing fruit and veg and stupidly good for you too.

Hmm, not sure what I was doing wrong...

I just remember trying all sorts of lovely healthy sounding things - and them coming out all sludgy coloured and revolting :? I've decided that it's much easier to just buy them pre-done - probably not the right attititude but it works for me :D
