Tyres For C2C

I have a specialized Hardrock and plan to do the c2c sometime this year what tyres do you recommend using i want something that will roll easily so it makes things a bit easier for me

very durable tyres, with direction specific properties - i.e. fast rolling one way, better traction in the other direction.
